WTF has saturated so many people's understanding of TKD, ITF TKD is closer to the original art and is less sport orientated incorporating a lot more punching and head strikes . But if you want to see some real brutal gladiator arts google Rio Heroes, These guys are nuts.

@FRANKMANNACO700 There is a crazy assumption that all TKD looks like WTF. I love ITF TKD because of its versatility and ability to move through several ranges. WTF is a great art and is not completely represented in this clip but you do tend to fight (in the street) like you spar due to the drill...
