As I have gotten closer with Jesus in my life, I've discovered an enjoyment of the arts and music! I hold Colossians 3:16-17 and Ephesians 6:7 close to my heart, and hope to keep Isaiah 58 as a reminder for what I need to be doing!
I really enjoy music of all kinds. Singing is my favourite thing to do. Haha, my housemates sometimes silently get annoyed, I'm pretty sure! Shower, kitchen, washroom, coming in the house, I usually got a tune projecting out of my vocal cords =)
One thing I especially love is doing spur of the moment harmonies when singing with others—layering makes songs SO interesting. I enjoy playing piano music of all kind, Chopin Études, Nocturnes, Jazz, Rock. Guitar is a favourite instrument of mine too! Feel free to give me tips!
Rap is awesome too, I love writing poetry and rapping it out with a beat and tune. Beatboxing lies in my realm of interests too! Film-making is something I'm interested in too—created my first DVD movie this year!
And yes, I *actually* enjoy teaching! It is so wonderful to be part of someone's success and growth process—because countless people have helped mentor and coach me and many continue to help me out too! My dream is to *inspire* people to enjoy what they currently hate learning! My research interests lie in the area of eyes—as I have been doing cataract treatment research work for 4 years now.
Hopefully God will help me equip people with the knowledge to take care of their health in better ways. Medicine is an amazing field to study! Hoping that He carries my dream of helping young people start small businesses to change the world for the better too!
I guess... that... stock investing and penny stocks are an interest of mine that really does help bring in some cash. Really enjoy talking to people about stocks and how to do value-style investing.
