For more than three years my research interest has been on the pushup exercise in terms of how participants may use Muscle Actions (Isometric, Eccentric, & Concentric), Speed, and Hand-Width Position to improve their pushup performance effectively.

This YouTube channel and my Squidoo Lens (see above website) are dedicated to providing information about the pushup exercise based on the review of research literature and my practical experience as a fitness professional.

It is my belief that through viewing these videos and reading my lens (see above website) that you will be able to identify which pushup methods may be best to suite your training needs.
