This channel displays videos showcasing baguazhang. Most of these videos show a mixture of baguazhang methods from the Lu Shui-Tien line, some bagua-kuntao, and some Gao Bagua from various sources.
Lately our practice has been focused on traditional Gao style (哲宗高八卦掌) from the Wu Mengxia line. This material is not shown however.
