Since 2003, Farahat has been involved in over 50 productions as a director, producer and editor, among other crew work. Hailing from Saudi Arabia, his past projects include directing the prize- winning feature documentary "Saudis in America", a festival favorite "Lulu's Curls", and co- produced the award-winning short film "A Father Taken" as well as producing and editing the critically acclaimed music video "A Land Called Paradise," which won the grand prize at the LinkTV Film Contest.

More recently, Farahat served as a director for the US Tour "Voices for Change" featuring intonational acclaimed hip-hop band Outlandish and then as an Assistant Director and Editor on the upcoming drama entitled "Three Veils" produced by Ahmad Zahra, directed by Rolla Salbek and featuring an all-star Hollywood cast as well as Arab Superstar Madline Tabar.
