enamel is not vital tissue, it cannot regenerate once the decay has gone past the enamel and into the dentine the only solution is a filling. If left untreated it will progress and when it reaches the pulp....you'll know about it. By then you'll probably wish you had the filling done in the first...

No point! Apical lesions are inflammatory and resolve after accurate RCT. The risk is definitely not worth the risk.
