I found the video about starting Couch to 5k and immediately needed to go to the beginning and I've been watching for the past 3 hours! You are great, it's nice to "meet" someone who is so honest and not "perfect" and doesn't claim to be which in my opinion is almost perfect. I don't qualify for WLS, but I am certainly ready and motivated to get on a better track. I hope you get into how your journey has changed your entire family and not just your own health and overall wellness. Congratulations on all your success, and I envy that you don't seem defeated when you experience a minor setback and trudge on again (I'm still on the pre-op videos). Thank you for your inspiration, now I have to get back to viewing :)

I found one of your pre-op videos and the fears you expressed about having the surgery... My surgery is coming up this monday, Dec 12, 2011....and i have to admit i am scared of the surgery... I mean, i have so many questions...I know its worked for others, but will it work for me? I get fearful about being under anastesia... just alot of fears... I am sure this is normal...but i see you on the other side, you look great and life is different now...Just thought i would share.... Tim
