This channel is an attempt at letting you into my world through vlogs that discuss an array of topics - relationships, politics, weight & health issues, religion, travel, current events and random things that come into my head. =)
I got my Master's degree in International Relations (Middle Eastern Studies) and hope to someday be completely fluent in Arabic. I'm passionate about 1001 issues and like sharing ideas with people from all walks of life.
For newbies: I started Weight Watchers in June '06 (173lbs/78.4kg)and I lost almost 70lbs through healthy eating & exercise. I'd been at my goal since June '07 (106lbs/48kg) before getting pregnant. I had my son on May 8, 2009 and now am losing the baby weight I'd gained.
As a result of my video blogs about my own weight loss, in Jan '08 Weight Watchers hired me to work on their site:
