@need2speed94 in what way does a boxer engine's parts make it not as cheap as an inline? Personally i don't see that to be true at all. What is it about the boxer engine that gives you the impression that its internals are more expensive than an inlines?

For everyone saying awd is better than rwd, these cars r on slicks.. That means the car will pop a wheelie before the tires give in and spin. Nonetheless i cud tell the awd helped a little, but it doesnt mean a rwd car with 700+whp cant beat that subaru.

saw it coming, audi r8 v8's aren't fast. new tt rs is turbocharged, so just a tune can go a pretty long way.

@6SPEEDG Hmm I dunno maybe its cuz i have a stage 2 cobb tune, but the g35's can't really keep up with me at all. I could be wrong, but i'm just basing it on my own personal experience that it wouldn't be able to keep up at stock either.

@Disaster646 I have an 05 sti myself and completely agree with what you said, but i've had a buddy (gt30 402 whp 09 jdm sti) do some highs speed runs with a 997 gt2, we learned quickly that quarter mile runs are easy, but high speed runs are where those supercars take over :(..

lol good for the srt, but the guy that posted up the vid is full of shit. I'm at a stage 2 tune (maybe 270+whp) and srt's dont catch up to me till im @ 130-140+ kph.. An sti @ 24psi (meaning aftermarket turbo) and race gas would always be ahead of a stock srt in my opinion.

@Riggro I completely agree with you, and I'll always stay on the BPV route myself, but it doesn't mean a BOV can't be calibrated correctly to work seamlessly with the stock ECU..
