Fabrizio Mario Battista, also known as Fabyr, is an Italian multi-instrumentalist musician. He has given concerts and recitals in Italy, Norway, Austria, France, Slovenia and Great Britain as a soloist and with groups of ethnic music (Aylantus, Kalenda Maya), early music (Parva Musica, Fabton Consort) and progressive rock (Wells Fargo).
He has composed songs and music for theatre and audiovisual works.
Some of his books on the language of music have been published in Italy and adopted in several public schools.
His Cd "E poi" released in 2000, was marked as one of the best of the year by music critics (press, radio and local tv).
Fabyr teaches music education and produces CDs for young learners.
