Your pivots aren't bad, sorry about never responding to your comment on my video, i never noticed it :3. As for how to put the moving picture on youtube you can either, 1.Use some sort of recording software like Camstudio. or 2. Save the animation as a .GIF file and add sound through a media editing program. Hope this helps!
