The tuning is BADABe. The main verse part he finger picks 024000, and for the 'its so far away' part you finger X77700. Second half verses just drop bass notes in (watch his fingers) which are 524000, 324000 and 024000. He rarely hits the first string. Enjoy.

nicely done. To the guy asking how you stop the notes from ringing, finger muting is how Johnny Marr and this guy do it, but if you find that tricky, play it as if you're playing the individual notes in a more lead guitar way if that makes sense. (not holding a shape basically.) Works for me.

I can play it just about, and its fucking hard! To be able to play this is one thing but writing it, hearing that melody in your head and making it come to life, you cant learn that.
