@alywen06 andy usually string´s at 63lb and I don´t think his raquet weigh´s 400g, it probably weigh´s 300 and something..not even federer´s raquet, which is probably the heaviest frame around, weighs that much.

I was told, that when you cross a leg, over the other, doing pull ups, it will work one side, more than other, depending on which leg, is crossed in front..apparently, it´s better to keep the leg´s parallel and straight.
