Would letter sealing wax (the more flexible,mordern formulas) work well for this, or is dipping wax traditionally a different type of wax altogether? i know you're using a polymer in the vid, but i was thinking of sealing bottles with melted glittery wax pearls.

WIllows are great, you might be able to find a "dwarf" willow tree to hold you over till you can get a large weeping willow. They are my fav too. Have you looked up the message and magickal correspondance for willow tree? :)
