Your are in a good shape guy. However, impressive forearm is built by heavy deadlift much more efficiently rather than by those wrist moves.

I am most impressed by his bench press . 2x270 kg! Without any superdress! There are so many competitors benching about 240 kg for max using some superdresses. If Magnus had worn up such dress then, how much would have he benched? He would have beaten all those "heros" like Gene Rychlak..
