They're a mix of actors from the FUNimation dub and the Ocean Group dub. They're all real. And Ocean Group is where the clip for the original OVER 9000!!! meme came from.

Me, I'm kind of deranged, and function on a different wavelength to begin with. I watched The End of Evangelion in the middle of the night, while seriously ill and half-delirious. It made sense then, and hasn't become any less comprehensible to me since then.
