Truth is it's a marketing term used by Apply when the went from a screen 3.5" 320 x 480 pixels to a 3.5" 960x480.

Actually I was being sarcastic. I meant "yeah right" as in that rumor spec is a total BS. Life as we know it as has more chance of ending in 2012 than the Galaxy Tab 3 or Ipad 3 getting a screen resolution 2560x1600.
