That sounds like good advice. Its very tiring when rigorously working out muscles so, for me, after a week of pushing myself I would stop and break for few days to a week completely before going back. I guess that was enough for my muscles to heal because I could notice a change. :) But yea, that sounds like sound advice but of course everyone has different limits.
