Mercury is a 7 yr old Canadian Cross and if you do not know much about the breed go look as they are a drafty type horse and were meant to carry heavier stuff , pull carriages, haul logs, carry all sorts of people and are a hardy breed.

I am updating this Nov 3rd 2008 as I went to our Annual Appy Award Banquet that is open for all breeds and has 5 shows a year then the Annual Banquet for Awards for who did the best is all those shows.. Mercury and I got : Reserve Tack & Turnout, Reserve Novice Horse & Reserve Senior Performance Overall : which was out of all the classes I did in the 5 shows based on my riding and Mercury's together and just missed Champion by I think 5 points..

2010 Show Season:

Mercury and I have had a great first show April 2010 and got a second,third,2 fourths,2 fifths and a sixth. Second show of the season 3 seconds and a fourth.

I have broke and trained Mercury myself from the ground up thanks...

Mercury is a half Canadian/Thoughbred/Dutch Warmblood out of Gauldia Black Gyco and Micomet and a great grandson of the deceased Canadian Team Grand Prix Jumper Wodan.

Mercury is 7 yrs old and 17 HH and is around 1500 pounds.

For those who don't know I mean The Canadian Breed not the Canadian Warmblood registry or horse. The Canadian is native to Canada and is our National horse.

Mercury also has Fleet Avatar who was a Prelim Eventer, Northern Dancer, Man O War, Lorenz, Blue Peter and many other bloodlines.

I have a second horse now named Ben who is a Standardbred and a ex racer. Ben is 16 HH age 15yrs and is a beautiful red bay and his race name is Hytakutake Kid , which he was born when the comet was coming by earth which I think is neat he was named after it. Ben has won around 60,000 when he use to race . My husband and I are mainly just riding him around for trails etc .

People Grow Up .. Any Negative/Rude Comment's won't be tolerated and will be reported. I maybe heavy , but I know how to ride and know how to be quiet and use my hands independantly from legs and seat. I have been in lesson's now for 5 yrs.

I really don't care what people think about my weight as clearly if you have a problem you have either jealousy issues or have some other issues that make you lash out and try to make others feel bad. I know I ride well and I know what I am doing and have been around horse's since I was 13.

IF YOU CAN"T SAY SOMETHING NICE THEN DON'T SAY NOTHING AT ALL!!!

Cyber Bullying

What is cyber bullying?

Cyber bullying is defined as the use of technology to support deliberate, hostile and hurtful behaviour
towards an individual or group of individuals. Just like other forms of bullying, cyber bullying is about
power and control. Those who bully others are trying to establish dominance over people they perceive
to be weaker than them and can occur whether or not the perpetrator knows the victim.

Cyber bullying and the law

Young people should be aware that some forms
of online bullying are considered criminal acts.
Under the Criminal Code of Canada, it is a crime
to communicate repeatedly with someone if your
communication causes them to fear for their own
safety or the safety of others.

Its also a crime to publish a defamatory libel
writing something that is designed to insult a
person or likely to injure a persons reputation
by exposing him or her to hatred, contempt or
ridicule.

A cyber bully may also be violating the Canadian
Human Rights Act, if he or she spreads hate or
discrimination based on race, national or ethnic
origin, colour, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation,
marital status, family status or disability.
