Next meditation evening with Gayle Force, will be December 20th. It will be held at Cuddra W i Hall in St.Austell in Cornwall. All welcome. Also wheel chair friendly event.. It starts at 7pm - 9pm. Bring a cushion and bottle of water for your comfort throughout the evening.
