About Me:
100% Panamanian!
Evelio has more than 25 years of experience. Worked with all the surfshops in Panama City. Many assure that he is the official Shaper from our country, and the best!
In 1990 worked for the Spectrum factory with the great Shaper John Lucas.
In 1992 trained with Venezuelan Shaper Oscar Pericles, creator of Pericles Surfboards with very good acceptance here in Panama.
Also in 1993 with Puertorican Kiko Garcia, great Shaper from Puerto Rico, and creator (high performers) Kiko Rabia Surfboards.
During de First 1994 Circuit Contest from the ASP (Association of Surfing Professionals) in Isla Grande, Evelio was trained by Jeff Klugel, Epoxy Seven Seas boards manufacturer.
In 2004 Evelio also trained with Shaper Rodrigo Soares from Pat Rawson Surfboards (Hawaiianas surfboards), during the manufacturing of Lost Surfboards in Panama.
Had trained with Venezuelan Ivan Mendoza-Glasser for Al Merrick Surfboards made in California (boards for Champion Kelly Slater).
In 2008 Evelio worked a complete manufacturing of Muluk surfboards in Guatemala.
In 2009 Evelio worked like glasser of JEDA Surfboards in El Salvador.
April 2010 Manufactured FCS & GLASS ON Fins For Uvita Surf School, Costa Rica.

Evelio tiene ya más de 25 años de experiencia en el oficio. Ha trabajado con todos los Surfshops en Panamá. Muchos aseguran que es el Shaper oficial de nuestro país y el mejor!
En 1990 trabajó con la fábrica Spectrum y el gran Shaper John Lucas.
En 1992 entrenó con el Shaper Venezolano Oscar Pericles, creador las Pericles Surfboards muy vendidas en Panama.
También en 1993 con el Puertoriqueño Kiko Garcia, gran Shaper de Puerto Rico y creador de las tablas (high performers) Kiko Rabia Surfboards.
Durante la Primera Competencia del Circuito de 1994 de ASP (Association of Surfing Professionals) en Isla Grande, Evelio fue entrenado por Jeff Klugel, fabricante de las tablas Epoxy Seven Seas muy gustadas en Panama.

En 2007 Michael Baron enseñó la utilización de las últimas técnicas y herramientas para shaping hasta la fecha.

En el 2008 trabajó la fabricación completa de tablas Muluk en Guatemala.
