Change the number of shots to kill of the M16A4 from longer distances from 4 to 3, making it a one burst from all ranges (but all bullets have to be on target) and change the fire rate to 840rpm instead of 780rpm within the burst

M16A3.. the fully automatic version, and Intervention. I know the A3 version hasnt been on any previous cod game but the M16A4 is so bad on this game it really bothers me because it used to be one of the best assault rifles to use
