Please update your blades. Design blades of the "lift type". Resistance blade types are no good. See Darieus design. A symetric Naca profle will do the job. Three blades is perfect and self starting

Looks very good to me what you're doing.
By changing your jig a little you can eliminate the gluing part of the job.
Cut 3x slots (360/3) on the circumference of the outer diameter towards the inner diameter in to the flanges of you winding jig. 1/4" (6.35 mm) slots will do the job. make sure you...
