Can manual shutter speed be set up to 1/40,000 like the FH100?

Too bad the manual shutter speed for high speed vid only goes up to 1/2000 instead of 1/40,000 like the FH100

Would a lagging serve motion lead to a (too) high ball toss? I've always had a high toss - which of course is a bit more difficult to time and not good in wind - and wonder if that's a result of the lag in my motion.

Looked at another Berdych serve vid and it looks like his toss goes way up pas...
