About this user

I was born in Pontiac, Mi. in the summer of 1973. I grew up on every kind of music imaginable. From country to rock to blues to jazz, big band and anything that captured my interest or my heart. I was learning songs by age 3. I used to write songs before I entered elementary school. I've performed with a local oldies band, performed with Cal Roberts (who sang with an incarnation of The Platters) and also performed on the 2005 Chesaning Showboat. I've been blessed in many ways - from being able to perform, record and sing in general. I hope to use this gift God has given me to make a difference in someone's life. My goal is to one day be able to record for a label and be able to put together my own show and take it on the road. First things first, however. I am planning on furthering my music education after leaving U of M - Flint. I have my sights set on a school in Boston. (Update: I auditioned for Berklee in 2008 - I was accepted.....and it cost a lot of money...I will be graduating from U of M-Flint next year...lol) Also, I hope to one day birth babies and shoot them into space!
