Welcome to the YouTube channel of the European Space Agency (ESA).
ESA is Europe's gateway to space.
Its mission is to shape the development of Europe's space capability and ensure that investment in space continues to deliver benefits to the citizens of Europe and the world.
SPACE exploration is a collective journey.
This is why 18 European countries have been pooling resources for over 40 years, putting Europe at the forefront of space science, technology and applications.
SPACE also means fun.
Our team produces clips with the best images of Earth and of the Universe, with astronauts and other space events for you to watch and share.

The European Space enthusiasts would love a "NASA TV" alternative, we just needs enough videos to avoid the Livestream feeling of a single event being looped for weeks. "NASA TV" does not even have a host to announce programs: all that is needed is an ESA logo for 5 seconds and a narrative text during 30 seconds to give the context before playing the video ... And so on for the next.
Please make our "ESA TV" dream a reality!
