Hi, welcome to Erotic Spirit Dance-ESD. ESD is a new dance form/practice created in 2006 by EJ Gold. In this practice Gold has given us a powerful and practical tool to work with our spiritual energy on many levels. EJ uses the very first presentation of ESD to explain the nature of various energies and what can happen to them. He discusses how our society is structured in such a way as to create an automatic and incorrect intertwining of sexual and erotic energy. The point here is that sexual energy and erotic energy are different, erotic energy being a much higher level of energy. EJ Gold has created and demonstrates how to do just that with this intuitive and instinctual form, he explains the difference between organic sex and ESD, why ESD properly belongs in the category of spiritual energy and many other related aspects in his ESD work.
