And yes you can have 2 followers at a time. You just replace the pet slot bethesda give us, with an actual follower (NPC)..
Also, there is a couple of mods right now, as creation kit came out, that gives us a group of followers !! but they dont speak and you can...

@ermacos If you compare the today cpu by intel in video games. The 2 and 4 cores cpus performs MUCH faster and better in games, against the 6 core LGA 2011 cpus.. So don't be so happy for that also.. lol 6 core cpus, are not needed for games, they exist for pro applications, not games!
