either the pilots forgot to arm the spoilers or they didnt turn the throttle into idle just before the touchdown... because spoilers will not deploy if throttle are not in idle position, regardless the main gears have touched the ground...

it is totaly BOEING!!! did you see the flaps position? the inner and outter flaps are separated each other, well, that's BOEING!!! whereas in most airbus, those inner and outter flaps are connected each other...
