thank you for the inclusion and mention. its an honor. your work with sound, in particular the spring board, is/has been very inspirational. instruments of original design are so often relegated to the "odd" or "strange" music ghetto. but to my ear this renaissance in sound and new instrument design that has been facilitated by the global cyber cross-pollination of ideas is really about getting back to/embracing our folk music roots heritage: crafting sounds with the materials at hand and developing systems of communication; stepping beyond the cultural and national limitations of "traditional" languages and tapping into the universal creative pulse we all possess. i look forward to hearing more.
