About Me:

I know that in some of my videos, I am not going full range. This is due to the double rotator cuff surgery I had. I am greatful to be able to lift my own body and to be able to train as well. My routines do work for me, and give me power, endurance, flexibility and definition. Alot more then weights do. So many may not like the way I do it, but I am limited to how far I can go. Calis are good for everyone, and all should do them. Being natural is the best source anyone can have. But like I said, my routine works for me and thats what is really is important for now, till I can one day exceed my limits.
Thanks Eric

I hope you are recovering faster, I know how bad you must feel not being able to pursue your physical goals due to injuries. Been there, done that. Keep strong

You said something very important, "...my routines work for me." I do full range and short range motion because I find the short range builds quick explosive power and the full range stetches the muscle and gives it good form but most of all--it works for me. Keep dong what you do because it takes commitment, dedication and perseverance to train after a rotator cuff injury. Also, thanks for the comment on my son. Peace!
