the best i got was a 4.38 on the nike spark lasers.. but constantly run low 4.4's on it. And i never ran the 100m ope because i did the 110m hurdles and they are back to back.

i think the leafs should trade for a draft pick 1st or 2nd trade toskala for maybe alex auld trade matt stajan for joe pavelski or devan setogutchi and also don't put guys like chris hanson on the second line put him on the 3rd or 4th line.

We were also only established 35 years ago...

Hey sorry it took so long to get back to you. I feed my crayfish shrimp pellets and veggies. I also keep the tank well stocked with Minnows in the even they are hungry for some fish.
