Da bin ich wohl wieder, mit einem neuen Video, mit vielen neuen Erfahrungen. Ein Jahr ist jetzt vergangen, ein Jahr mit euch als starker Schutz hinter meinem Rücken, ich bin euch allen dankbar. Danke für die Abo's danke für die Kommentare und vielen e-mails. In diesem etwas längerem Video fass ich das alles zusammen, ich hoffe euch gefällts, achja, und mein neuer Style ist jetzt mal nicht so wichtig :D

Ich habe angefangen, mich viel mehr zu bewegen in meinem Alltag, habe einige Stunden Sport in der Woche und unternehme viel damit mir nicht langweilig ist. Ich koche für mich gesund und ernähre mich nach der LOGI Methode. So werde ich schon sehr bald richtig schlank sein und meine Wette mit der BILD gewinnen.

ich habe das Video "Woman" hier gefunden. Endlich mal wieder etwas Neues von dir hier auf youtube. Es wäre toll irgenwann mal eine "Vollversion" von "Nur für dich" hier zu finden.
