Hi. I know you probably won't be making any more videos, you may not even read this. Either way, I wanted to say that the world needs more talented, devoted, informative individuals like yourself and less mass marketed garbage. So for what it's worth, I've definitely learned from your videos and will be passing on the information and guides whenever the need arises.

Elmcpa1: maybe. Just watch it and see how it does. Oxy is one of the most prolific bloomers if treated right.

I am a new owner of an epiphyllum night bloomer---a friend gave me cuttings in the fall of 2009 and I planted and wintered them. They are now outside and have not bloomed yet, but I am anxiously awaiting blooms. The plant has tripled in size since I planted the cuttings. Will I have blooms this year? Is there any special fertilizer I should use?

My 3 epiphyllum oxypetallum aka Queen of the Night has bloomed every two months since June. 12 blossoms in June 11 blossoms in Aug. & these same plants had a total of 21 buds in Oct., although, most fell off leaving only 9. The flowers are as big as plates. Captured only still shots in Aug. & Oct. I do nothing for or to these plants except leave them alone; they even went through Hurricane Ike in Sept. 2008. Thank goodness I had two nights of beauty and frangrance. Also have an unusual blooming cactus that is pink with purplish-blue pods inside; I have still shots of this one too. Wish I knew what this beauty was; can't find anything similiar to it. Thanks for the vids...very informative and I am a new subscriber!
