i've just heard that its very important to take vit d/calcium every single day with them (which the dr didnt think to mention to me until my 3rd time taking them....) and that they severely deplete the calcium from your bones leading to osteoporosis, and according to one specialist -- the prednisone has a high prevalence rate among the people who die from their crohns disease/medications.. so. yeah im gonna stear clear of the prednisone
