EPC's Incident Tracking System (ITS) web-based tool allows incident reporters to enter real-time incidents. ITS permits registered and/or authorized users to upload incidents to your emergency center. Users can include outage location, photos, documents, and even a video feed describing the location of the outage. Once the incident is identified, it is immediately located in an interactive data-base including referenced photos, documents, and web-connections. This information may be displayed in your state and/or local Emergency Operations Center (EOC). From the database, historical disruption events can be selected by street address, county for immediate viewing.
