I can not thank you enough for posting these Edge of Night episodes. I, literally, grew up with the show. I was born three weeks after its April 2, 1956 CBS debut, and started watching, fiathfully, berginning in Jan. 1964, when I was not quite 8 years old. I was one of only two fans invited to the show's final taping in Dec. 1984. I recount my memories of Edge in the new book, 'Survival of Soap Operas: Transformations for a New Media Era,' Univ of Mississippi Press, coming out in paperback in March 2012. I went to original cast member Walter Greaza (Winston Grimsley's funeral) when I was 17, and went to Ann Williams (Margo Huntington)'s wake in 1985. I had been Ann's guest at the SFT studio in April 1974.
