@midyland2002 and @edward146 actually you're both wrong - those engines were called Zeta. Zetec engines didn't arrive until 1995 in the Mk4 Fiesta.

Note to BMW's car division - follow your sibilings in BMW Motorrad and offer more models with the magnificent straight six and stop replacing those glorious six cylinder engines for four cylinder rubbish!
