Hendrix has to be the number one guitarist of all time. Surely Eddie, Jimmy, Jeff Beck, Brian May, etc, would agree with that.

Sammy can't sing like Dave. Sammy has an average rock voice. Nothing special. Eddie's guitar matched with Dave's voice with all its yelps, howls, etc, makes your speakers levitate. Van Halen is Eddie & Dave. No other lead singer need apply. The position is filled.

Good stuff. You must appreciate quality music in all its forms. Women dig men who can dance well. Worth taking the time to learn. Of course someone needs to keep the wall from falling down...:-)
