I want a New World Order. But, not the one that appears to be currently taking shape - where the very few seem bent on a vast and total transfer of wealth and power. While they occupy the top of the pyramid shuttling us all towards paying for our own enslavement. Keeping us disillusioned and fighting amongst ourselves - completely unaware of our true spirit and that we are gods and goddesses at birth.
Strange times in which we live where we've connected god with war, war with peace, peace with war, guns with freedom. Where we fight "civil wars" and "morally just" wars. Where, under the guise of Freedom", "Security" and "Democracy" we achieve and become the very thing that we oppose - and lose the very things we're fighting for. And isn't it surreal that we spend more money on death than we do life? We were warned of the unchecked power of the Military Industrial Complex. Ike was right. We allow the building of prisons in favor of schools and spend more money warehousing bodies than educating children. And, we turn a blind eye when are money masters profit from the very lives they have sworn to protect. Capitalism as cancer. Cancer as capitalism.
Strange times indeed when our very consciousness has been high-jacked and our opinions have been given to us second hand and lay largely unexamined by a media controlled by special interests. An infinitely fractured world preyed upon by fear and anxiety, racism and class distinction. There are those who await the rise of the "anti-christ". I say the "anti-christ" has been here for a very long time...and, it is religion. How could it be that the very thing here to save us is actually the lever to our own demise? How is it that our very way of life ensures complete atrophy?
How is it that we treat all life as a commodity and can view our fellow human beings as nothing more than mere cattle?And how is it that we've let all of this come to be? How great our fear and total unwillingness to examine just how much change needs to take place. Our "leaders" give it lip service, but, what is said is rarely what is meant. We, in many respects, are truly living in Orwellian times. There are very few things in this world that are by accident - and nothing is what it appears to be.
We are all feeling the birthing pains of a new paradigm and the fear of the old one fighting for it's survival. People are good. People are loving and we all care. We hate to see the world in it's tragic slide into complete totalitarianism. We are love. We are peace. How is it that our voices have become so completely lost?
We start from within. Becoming our own leaders and finding our own peace. No longer placing blame - only at our selves. No longer waiting for our "leaders" ,who, have continually shown nothing but more of the same - it is us who are ultimately responsible - due to our complicity. We support the very tyrannies we are trying to avoid.
People are good. People are love. People are peace. Let us live for what we want - not what we do not. And when we look into the mirror and see our alien eyes looking back at us - we will know that we are the ones that we've been waiting for. The answers to all of our riddles have been there - the entire time.
