Ennis Tola are a progressive rock act with a world-music influence. Their debut album Seed (Anon Islet Records) showcases lead singer Tomas Fitzgerald's versatile voice and the band's ability to bring forth a unique sound, drawing its textures from unusual instrumentation such as Bass Clarinet and Japanese Koto.

In April 2011, Ennis Tola released their single 'Backbone' from their forthcoming second album. With the tracks on the next album recorded in a variety of venues, from Abbey Road Studios in London to Anon Islet Studios in Melbourne, selected tracks have already been mixed by Australian mix engineer giant Forrester Savell (Karnivool, Cog, The Butterfly Effect) as well as the incredible London-based producer Daniel Rejmer (Paul Kelly, Foals, Mystery Jets, Björk, The Kills).
