Energsmart is a WNY based firm specializing in the installation of mid- to high-efficiency insulation products. The company was founded in 2004 and initially installed only one product, spray polyurethane foam (SPF). Over the years, we have responded to market needs while adhering to the core qualities of our product line -- quality, efficiency, and comfort. We will never install fiberglass insulation. While it is often perceived to be a value due to its low cost, it is criminally inefficient and extremely unhealthy. Over the last several years, we have added to our foam line by introducing non-expanding foam for existing home walls and cellulose, which is a mid-grade environmentally friendly insulation made almost entirely from recycled newspapers.
As SPF continues to take market share from fiberglass, Energsmart has strengthened our market presence. We have completed more than 1,000 projects and have never had a complaint lodged against us with the Better Business Bureau. We approach every customer with an eye on starting a mutually beneficial relationship that goes beyond simply installing insulation. Energsmart is BPI accredited and understands not only insulation, but also how if affects other systems in your home or business such as heating, cooling, and lighting. Our sales process aims to accomplish three things. First, we listen you YOUR concerns. We then use our expertise to assess your home to make sure you didn't miss anything. Finally, we discuss with you our professional recommendation while always keeping an eye on your budget and return on investment. We pride ourselves in the fact that we educate and provide options to our customers. At the end of the day, it is YOUR building and YOUR money. Energsmart will never pressure you to buy something you don't want or need.
