Absolutely not. I'm an ectomorph, and I know that some days I don't get my 3,000 to 3,500 calories per day. Yet, when I do the exercise the next week, I'm still getting stronger in every exercise, gaining an extra 1, 2, or 3 reps per set.

The thing I love about Presador is that like only 10-20% of the time the person that kills him is actually camping by definition. Most of the time he was just unprepared or in the wrong-place at the wrong time, and he has to scream CAMPERS! But I love it! Keep up the comms!

I'm thinking from the time they get in there, get situated, do their warm-ups, they do 3 exercises and several sets of each.

My shoulder workout is 6 different exercises, 2 sets of each, and I never take more than 45 minutes doing it. About 35 or so.
