The quality is actually pretty good considering they took this video in 1998, back when the majority of us were still rocking 56k modems that hummed tunes to us while we connected to AOL 3.0. HD streaming... or even HD in general wouldn't really take major foot in households until nearly a decade...

I know this is fucked up, but you have to admit it would be funny if one guy in a wheelchair tried to mug another guy in a wheelchair, and they both knew wheelchair fu. And they started doing all kinda of crazy wheel-chair fighting in the middle of street.
