Oh my, you should never go en pointe in a soft ballet slipper. You could injure your feet to the point that you'll never get to wear proper pointe shoes. You do have very pretty feet, though.

Hello! I agree that you need a harder shank....and a longer vamp would help keep you from rolling over to far. If your shoes die quickly, then your feet are very strong.

Actually, your feet look pretty darned good. You could try a pointe shoe with a shorter vamp. Once I did that, along with also getting a softer shank, everything changed for me. I no longer struggled to "get over" the box.

I think you should try a pair of pointe shoes with two features: a soft shank and a low vamp. This should help the most, because you need to have the proper shoes for your type of feet. If the vamp is too long and the shank too hard, you'll struggle to "get over" the box.
