Hey wtf? i just found the dxdiag and it shows me bigger settings than when i turn in my computer.but i downloaded 18 wos extreme trucker ,the settings was low but it still lags and it has blue screen.Sorry for bad english. I dont know who to trust ,The computer or the dxdiag

Ive got a problem. I downloaded and installed gta 4, i used razor crack, but when i launch the game it shows me an error GTA IV FATAL ERROR DD3....What is wrong with my computer? Some people can run the game with the same settings as mine but i cant launch. Maybe i need a new patch?
