About this user

I am on here to try and better myself. I want to finally for once be happy with who I am. I am going to see how far I can get on this weight loss journey with just changing how I eat and including exercise in my everyday life. I have always been a bit chunky and thought there was nothing really I could do about it. But I want to prove it to myself that I can. So I am going to work hard at improving myself, both mentally and physically and see what comes of it. Hoping to make a life style change!
