One thing I felt was left unexplained: In LALD, who sent Bond that warning about Rosie? I guess we're supposed to assume it was Solitaire, but at that point, it wouldn't have been in her best interest to do so. And I don't find it likely that Felix or another CIA agent would tell him in that way....

Also at the end, the pilot says over the radio: "6 souls on board" but there were only 5 rescues. (Though the pilot may be including himself in that equation.)
