They really really really never worked togetheter. Check elsew for all the artists vangelis worked with. This is probably a track from some cover album using the names of jarre and vangelis.

THe msx version looks like one of the many games ported from spectrum to msx. Which was easy todo because they share the same processor (Z80). These ports are famous for there low quality graphics
