um this is not a good sushi, you can see from the rice, authentic sushi are made of pearl rice which are smaller in size, more compact and stickier. sushi made with long rice arent nice.

i was thinking prob the wasabi served in the west are more diluted because in asia, i still cant conquere the wasabi as much as he does even though im asian and i have beeen eating wasabi for 16 years of my life. the wasabi served here is simply too hot and stinging.

ohmy iLOVE sashimi esp salmon belly, thats just so simply gorgeous.

wasabi is like, its spiciness is different from chilli, it doesnt lingers much afterburn in your mouth, its just that split moment when you chew on it, it BURST out in your mouth, the spiciness that rose to your nose, but once you swallow it, its fine.
